what is mobods?

pre-alpha development

mobods is a multimedia publishing system (proof of concept) for mobile phone web browsers which support file uploading via the built-in mobile web browser.

mobods supports posting and podcasting of images, audio and video - all of which can be automatically transcoded to provide the greatest accessibility on the Web.

The content of the post can then be automatically sent to your own external blog - we support Worpdress, Blogger, LiveJournal, Friendster, TypePad and more to come.

Image posts can be automatically sent on to your Flickr account

Video posts can be automatically sent on to your blip.tv account.

A link to your post can also be sent automatically to your Twitter or Jaiku account.

Every user has their own home page of posts and an RSS feed available of all their posts with all the relevant data required to provide a podcast feed of their content.
